Tre Holloway handles civil litigation and appeals. His cases include contract and business-tort disputes, insurance coverage claims for policyholders, wage-and-hour and other employment cases, and consumer and class actions.
Before founding Holloway Law, Tre was a litigation associate at K&L Gates and Perkins Coie. He clerked for Judge M. Margaret McKeown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Tre graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was a Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He taught Legal Writing for the Courts at the University of South Carolina School of Law and serves on the South Carolina Bar's Judicial Qualifications Committee. He speaks Spanish.
